PROMOTIONS
Any Promotions available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy.

The Service, along with its original content, features, and functionality, are the exclusive property of MomentumPro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
YOUR FEEDBACK TO US
You grant MomentumPro all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback provided. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant MomentumPro a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
MomentumPro's Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. MomentumPro is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
TERMINATION
MomentumPro may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
WEBSITE HOSTING AND TERMINATION POLICY
If you have built a website using our software or had a website built by MomentumPro, and you wish to terminate our services in the future, you understand and agree to the following:
- You may continue to allow MomentumPro to host your website at a fee of $150 per month.
- If you do not wish to keep MomentumPro as your hosting provider, and your website was built using our software, you acknowledge that you will lose access to your website entirely upon termination.
- If your website was built using WordPress, MomentumPro will provide you with a .wpress file of your website, which you can upload to a hosting provider of your choice.
- You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all tasks related to the setup of your website with the new hosting provider, including DNS record changes and any other necessary configurations. MomentumPro is not responsible for any issues or problems that arise with your website after you decide not to use us as your hosting provider. From that moment forward, you take full responsibility for the website and its maintenance.
- If you fail to make the hosting payment at any point, MomentumPro reserves the right to take down your website. In such an event, we will automatically email you a .wpress file of your website, and you will assume full responsibility for the website from that moment forward.
REFUND POLICY
All sales of services and products provided by MomentumPro are final. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase is completed. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to this no-refund policy.
NO LIABILITY
MomentumPro assumes no liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of its services, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, or business interruptions.
"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. MomentumPro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Florida, United States, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
For any concerns or disputes about the Service, You agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by first contacting MomentumPro.
UNITED STATES LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to the United States government embargo, nor listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter.
TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION
In case of any discrepancy, the original English text of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

MomentumPro reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after such revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
